A little bit of personal wellness

So, lately I haven’t been myself. I have always been the kind of person who likes to be productive with my day and get as much done as possible. But, with everything that’s going on in the world currently that’s kind of hard. So I feel like a lot of my old good habits changed a bit. The past week I felt horrible, after realizing I can’t let this situation put me in a major multiple months long funk… I decided I need to get out of it. Over the past few months I have always put my health first and have been very conscious about the food I eat, so I decided to start my monday off with a fast. Fasting of course is not for everyone however, for me I think it works really well. Along with that I have always enjoyed doing a short 10-minute yoga sesh as soon as I wake up, so I woke up and did that along with a quick five minutes of meditation. I love beginning my day like this, setting a positive intention for the rest of my day.  Today for me was a great day in quarantine doing my old morning routine along with some basic self care things like a hair and eye mask have made a tremendous difference in my mood. During this time it is so important to focus on your personal wellness and self care. Doing small things, like working out, eating well, doing some self care all make such a great difference in your personal wellness. As always stay positive,stay healthy & STAY INSIDE!
